Founder Juan Casas spent all of 2016 recruiting members for Empowered Prosthetics and formulating a plan to start the company from the ground up. He believed that he could make this business very personal by catering to customers with the best selection, service, and quality of prosthetics. The quest for starting EP had many hurdles and it took longer than expected to launch. Mr. Casas never felt like his efforts were in vain and he continued to demonstrate great perseverance. With the help of his team, which includes: Jaclyn Horton, Harrison Haines, Jeff Zimmerman, John Calderaio, Christie Nguyen, and Josh Rubin, Empowered Prosthetics was officially launched in the Spring of 2017.
