Hailing from Tallahassee, Florida, Christopher Pippin knew from a young age he wanted to pursue a career in mechanical engineering. It wasn’t until he encountered a language known as Mandarin Chinese that he seized the opportunity to dual major in mechanical engineering and Chinese. He intends to use the two majors to not only aid projects that further technological development, but also encourage global cooperativity and mutual understanding.

Empowered Prosthetics has provided Christopher with an incredible opportunity to apply his skills to real challenges that have the potential to benefit others. Since he wishes to aid humanity as much as possible, the experience has been very rewarding.

When he isn’t studying, Christopher acts as a huge advocate and partaker of the arts, ranging from musical theater to visual art.
