I was born in Miami, Florida and I am from Puerto Rican and Greek descent. I love to embrace both of my families cultures as well as the unique culture that Miami cultivates. I grew up enjoying sports and particularly enjoy soccer and volleyball. I am currently studying at the University of Florida pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in computer science. I have participated in research on endangered orchid species and helped introduce them into Miami’s urban communities with the Million Orchid project.
